Diana Rupert, PhD, RN CNE, has worked in pediatric nursing since she began her nursing career in 1990. She is the Administrator, Indiana County Technology Center, School of Practical Nursing, and Assistant Professor, Indiana University of Pennsylvania, where she is currently teaching pediatric clinical nursing. The book was easy to read and the rationales helped to make the study expeience more productive. It met my expectations and I felt ready for the exam after going through the material and I passed the NCLEX with 75 questions

Online content is identical to the book

The book is helpful to a point, however many of the rationale's are not very thorough. The thing I am most disappointed in however is that the online content is identical to the questions in the book. After completing all of the book questions I went to the online site in hopes of doing more practice and experiencing some of the Audio Questions that are mentioned on the cover of the book, only to find that the online questions are identical to the questions in the book. Where are the audio questions then? Additionally some of the online questions will mention to refer to the chart but then have the wrong chart listed. Because I've already done all the questions once I recognized that the chart belonged to a different question.
I suppose the online content is helpful in that you can do all the questions more then once but I'm disappointed that the content online wasn't new and that there are no audio questions, as that is something I struggle with and was hoping to practice before the NCLEX.

The sensitivity and intuition that Rosemary feels throughout the book is truly amazing....beyond what any Doctor was able to understand. Letha Barnes is a third-generation educator and school owner. In her more than 40 years in career education, she has achieved many accomplishments. She served the State of New Mexico for 10 years as the school representative on the Board of Barbers and Cosmetologists, holding the position of vice-chairman or chairman. She is a former president of the American Association of Cosmetology Schools (AACS), during which she spearheaded the effort to re-establish the educational branch of the association, which is known today as Cosmetology Educators of America (CEA). As an approved provider of continuing education and former Director of the Career Institute, she has presented continuing-education programs to thousands of educators, professionals, and students throughout the United States and Canada. She has been a speaker at regional, national, and international events, including Hairworld '96, Great Clips for Hair National Conventions, AACS Mid-Year Conferences, AACS annual conventions, the National Interstate Council of State Boards annual conferences, and numerous CEA conventions. She is well known for her highly energetic presentations and her passion for education. She has testified before the New Mexico State Senate and a U.S. Congressional Subcommittee on behalf of career education. She served as a school owner commissioner, an academic commissioner, and first vice-chairman for the National Accrediting Commission of Cosmetology Arts and Science (NACCAS) and taught their Accreditation Workshops for over 10 years. In addition, she has contributed to numerous other works for Cengage Learning, including instructor tools for cosmetology, fundamentals esthetics, advanced esthetics, nail technology and instructor training. About the Author
Douglas West is Professor of Marketing, King's College London. Prior to this he was Professor of Marketing at Birmingham Business School, and Director of the MARCOMS Research Centre at the University of Westminster. Previously he has held positions at South Bank, Henley Management College, and the University of Calgary. John Ford is Professor and Eminent Scholar at Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia. He specializes in international marketing strategic issues, and his specific interests in research include cross-cultural advertising and marketing research issues. Essam Ibrahim is Coordinator of PhD Marketing Degree at the University of Edinburgh Business School. Prior to this he has taught and researched marketing at the University of Strathclyde, Manchester Metropolitan University, Huddersfield University, and Cairo University.
